How to stay energized
Normally as we get older our energy declines because of normal changes. Genetics and environment thru time aging muscles to lose mass and strength. People become less flexible and can’t handle tough physical activities. These cellular changes also limit the heart muscle’s pumping ability, reducing the flow of oxygen-rich blood that provides energy to the cells.
You can delay the decline in energy and stay active as you age.
Build a routine to workout
As your muscles naturally become less flexible with age, stretching exercises are crucial to help you maintain the flexibility your body needs to stay active.
Some exercise raises your heart rate. Help strengthens your heart muscle to pump more blood, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to muscles for energy. Start with moderate light exercises and slowly move up to slightly more intense workouts such aerobics cardiovascular activity every week.
Build muscle strength with weightlifting regularly with proper technique. starting from light weight and work your way up to slightly heavier increasing your endurance.
Rest in between each workout set.
A healthy diet wit proper nutrients will help increase your energy level. When diet alone is not enough dietary supplements can help boost the body and become more energized.
